We would need a time early enough to catch the early departures, yet late enough to catch the late arrivals.

Would 11:00 be too early/late?

Forecast for Stockton is 60% rain. Forecast for Atlanta and Montgomery is 100% rain.

Rethinking my commitment to 12 hours in the rain.
