Steve, since the pipes are after the cats, you wont need to disconnect the O2 sensor, and wont need to run custom maps. You can...But you don't have to.

If I can find any old "Blue Hairs" who are on their winter retreat down there in Arizona drying their bones out and are on their way back up north, maybe they can chuck 'em in their backpack and bring them back for me.

I've been following this thread for the past several days. I've noticed that this pond is getting a little...

It's pizza time boys.

Thanks to all my obsessive farkling, not only is my FJR looking good, but pretty soon, it's going to be sounding good as well.

Thanks Greg... you're the best.

They are actually polished stainless steel, not chrome. A better material choice as you can bring the polish back up if you need to. From their website..........

All Staintune products and hardware are made from 304 grade stainless steel which is one of the most durable materials to use and is impervious to all kinds of corrosion. 304 grade stainless steel can be polished to a mirror-like finish. Because of the nature of 304 stainless steel, at any stage of the product's life it can be buffed back to a deep as-new glow.

Beautiful, wish I could swing them right now. Good luck with the sale.

Leave it to dinkface to post they are chrome..

Ummmm, Staintune? What? they stain easily?

Surely the name has nothing to do with their composition..

Whata putz! Yer Papa must be proud.. :p

Since we're DINKIN around, the company is pronounced STAY-IN-TUNE and the name does indeed have something to do with their composition... and has been around 26 years. They specialize in aftermarket automotive parts and are located in Mittagong, Australia, on the southeast coast near Sydney. And they've got 27 employees -- accordin' to the web. Wonder if they could use an American born test rider?? Dink.
