What makes you think you need a starter motor??

If you have the starter motor out of the bike already run a bench test since there is a chance it may only need a new set of brushes. Any decent automotive electrical shop will be able to match the brushes up but Yamaha does not have a listing for them. It may also be a bad relay and not even the starter motor.

In my experience, it is a hell of a lot cheaper to find a used starter on ebay or on the forum than to have one rebuilt.
