I picked up a good running decent shape xs 400 a bit ago and decided to attempt something that's been bugging me since the late 70's early 80's

I just need to keep my sh*t together and enlist my bodyman body and it should happen.

I can/ will do most of the fabrication, He's going to take the hit for the paint.

If I was closer, I would paint it for you. That's going to be a sweet ride. I am building Amy a cafe ride from a '75 Honda CB360 Twin. I can't wait till it's done. My daughter is about to turn 16 and she will be riding it too.

Guy down the road built a racer from an 82 goldwing.. Actually it's pretty cool, I'll try and get some pics when he get's it out.

Probably stick with the drum Chuck.. Unless I can find a donor for next to nothing.

I figure this is going to take all summer an no sense rushing as I can't drive until September.

It should keep you away from Dolly and the girls for a while. I have a spare FJR motor that you could shove in there.
