Stem tools in Seattle area

So, does anyone in the Seattle (Eastside would be best, but not a requirement - I can ride ;-) have tools to replace a stem nut (socket and 85 ft-lb (?) torque wrench) who has an hour or so free this afternoon? I just realized that my torque wrench doesn't go that high.

What size is it.....?.....39mm?

Unfortunately, my tool isn't up for the job either. :dribble:

Only goes to 75 lb ft

This is hillarious...women talking about tools. I know there are some "butchers" out there that can outwrench me any day of the week.
