Stiff And Painful Knee Joints

The Riley pegs helped my knees too. Just having that alternate position on long rides is a big deal.

I installed the Riley plates with Kurkaryn? isolation pegs,they look nice but are next to useless as my shins hit the body work and it's very hot in that location.
