Since the OP appears to have abandoned the thread - I'll jump in with a bit of a thread hi-jack. Don't have a problem with the clutch pull really - installed a set of Pazzo's, per my farkle leader Fairlaner.
But I do have an issue with clutch engagement, When I first start it up it grabs quite noticeably with the clutch fully engaged. Goes away after it warms up for a bit. I have asked the dealer about it a couple/three times while having it serviced and he just shrugs his shoulders.
I've had bikes that did that in cold weather. After the bike warmed up it acted normally. Has it been cold in Texas lately?

My 2012 did it with 900 miles on.

I had to clean the plates and basket of much black sticky goop.(which I think was the root cause of the issue) then soaked the plates for 40 minutes.

I used Brakleen to clean all of the parts... I did not spray it on the parts or dip them in it, for fear of it soaking in and contaminating the oil... I sprayed it on a rag, and wiped the goop off.

Here is my goopy experience(clicky) Really, Really easy... dont hesitate..takes 14 common tools, and an hour and 48 minutes (including lunch to let the oil soak happen) ... just do it and enjoy an amazing clutch afterwards.

I used the info and pics Mcatrophy contirbuted (clicky) and the FSM as guides.

David, Hope this answer your question. I had the same problem.

Before you do a clutch soak, I'd be interested to know if you pull the clutch in, rev the engine a couple times, release the clutch before putting in to gear; does that fix the problem?
