Still waiting for the local dealers to get their '13 Feejers...may not be till feb....came across a deal on a very nice '04 WeeStrom with 17.5K on the clock...I'm digging it.

Any other wee owners here that can give me advice, pointers, or useful info?

I have an 07 Wee and love it. It's ergonomically better than the FJR, can handle secondary dirt roads (that's it, don't entertain single track), has a very low ground clearance, and will win your heart for how sweet she is. I rode Wabs, my Wee with ABS, up to Canada last summer and loved it. Rock solid motor, with LOTS of aftermarket goodies if you want. Not a KTM nor Husky, but you can ride a Wee for a SS1K and still feel like riding in the morning. All in all, a great bike with wonderful price. Yes, some of the parts are kind of cheesy, but yet they still work just fine, thank you. Get one, and you'll love it. Just be careful with passing.. it does NOT have 1300cc worth of power.

Went on a week long trip with a buddy that had a 650 Wee. I was on my Tenere and we went places that had ruts and rocks and all the good stuff you do not take a road bike. It opens up a whole new world.

Have fun with it !

That is a very clean 04. I have one sitting in my toy hauler, storing it for a friend. His is no where near as clean, but is set up pretty much the same way. Everyone I know that has or had one had only good things things to say, except for wishing for more power when passing or climbing long grades.

You shouldn't have much trouble selling it when the time comes.

I wonder how many like that you could buy for the price of a new FJR?

I used to own a '10 WeeStrom 650 DL. In principle a great and reliable bike, nice and comfortable seating, good handling all is fine. BUT, I found her ABS too skittish and the 650 cc and therefore horse been more on the needy side. I also missed the ump, the FeeJay give me when I need it, sure the WeeStrom follows a different concept, yet If I were to buy me again a WeeStrom, I'd go for a 1000cc or for a Triumph Tiger 1050, you want horse when you need it the 650 as shown on the pic, won't be able to deliver that.

PS: before I bought the WeeStrom, I sat on a 2010 FeeJay and asked my wife, which one can I have.....? History teaches, my wife today regrets that call :) , openly she's confessing, I think you should have gotten that FEeJay instead! Can ya imagine that? A wife confessing she's wrong? PRICELESS!

I just know you are going to cut me a great deal on that thing when you do get your '13 FJR.

I wont be selling the Wee anytime soon...I plan on keeping it for my commute rides and selling the Zuk GSX650F instead to stay at only 2 bikes...and I will be getting the 2013 FJR as soon as they get some in stock.

When i rode home on the Wee and my son saw it, he freaked out. It was NASTY dirty. After 2 hours of labor, she shined up like a new penny. He was impressed then. :)
