My pops worked as a model builder for Douglas, then McDonnel Douglas for over 45 years. He used to bring home the neatest models and materials to play with.. I kind of thought you might have seen this before but what the heck... it was worth a try. Thanks D, but I been a Fine Art Models fan for some years now, and have had that little snippet on my desktop for a couple of them. Have posted it here, and got a middlin' response-not all were enamored of the genius and dedication displayed by the engineer. It is indeed, a work of art, and if you're a modeler, the true Holy Grail of modeling, though the model B52 with 8 jet engines comes close. Click here to view the video's of it.
Edit-the Ferrari engineer works for these guys.
That ******* tranny........Sometimes there is a fine line between 'Genius' & 'Insanity'
I would be overwhelmed by such a project. Heads, valves, piston rings, clearances, heat treating :dribble:
