Rode my FJR into the Sunnyside Motorcycle Co. today so they could take a look at the state of my paint. You may recalll from an earlier post that my "paint" had numerous scuffs and scratches that was of great concern to a new bike owner. Well the good folks at Sunnyside invited me back in so they could take a look up close and personal. They were ready from the moment I rolled in.

Went over the cosmetic issues with them, and they escorted my ride into the shop to see what they could do. A couple hours later and some serious TLC and she was brought back out. What a difference! Vast majority of the scuffs / scratches in the clear coat are gone and the paint glows. Nice work. :)

There were a couple of parts that could not be coaxed into perfection, but those will be replaced, no worries. Heck, they even threw in an oil change seeing as how I was pushing 500 mi. Good stuff.

During the time that I was inspecting the bike, Dan and Seth made it very clear that if I wasn't pleased with how things turned out, they'd do whatever necessary to make me a happy customer. That folks, is service!

So a big shout out to Sunnyside :clapping: for making this particular customer a very happy customer!

Oh, and sorry I missed you Warchild. We were stuffing ourselves with enchiladas and tacos next door.

That truly is SERVICE.... that crew should come out and show the boys at HONDA EAST OF TOLEDO how its done

Glad to hear everything worked out for you. Not surprised, as Sunnyside has an excellent reputation. But glad you are back to being a happy FJR rider.

It is nice to hear that the word "SERVICE" is still understood somehwere.

That is great news!!! Nice to hear about dealers like that.

Did they have any idea on how all the scratches got there in the first place?

WWII Slogans (or before)

Measure it with a mictometer, mark it with chalk, & cut it with an ax.

Cut to s*it, beat to fit, and paint to match.

Just being funny! :D
