Super Brace Tork spec

I have to remove my Super Brace (non ABS) to install my Wilbers springs. I can't remember what the tork spec was nor can I find it in all my paperwork. Anyone know what it is? TIA

U are putting blue thread locker on the screws before U torque them, right?
