First off, I missed out on the recent GP Suspension group buy arranged by Warchild.
Second, I hit a hog aka Florida wild pig with my FJR. I replaced the plasic (right side), but the front wheel hits the right and left plastic and cover directly behind the wheel. I've had it on and off several times and don't see where anything is out of alignment which brings me to the front fork assembly.
I can't see any damage, but I'm thinking now the front tubes are bent just a tad. I missed the hog with the wheel, but he hit hard on the fork/lower leg and took out everything on the right side back. Hit my leg as well, but I kept it up somehow so it could have been worse. Killed the hog, young adult male ~100 lbs +.
Anyway, I need to pull the forks and have them checked and fixed if need be. I figure as long as I'm there I might as well upgrade to better front suspension/revalve. The GP shop is out west, so was hoping I could get some recommendations of a shop at least on the east coast, and maybe down my way in Central Florida.
