Race Tech Install 07. What are most of y'all doing with the three studs that the Hard/Soft selector mounts to? I'm think removing them would be best. It would look fugly otherwise. Thanks!!!

I decided to leave mine (with the nuts on so I don't loose them

), don't even notice them anymore.

If I ever sell the bike, I will re-install the original shock.

Al.

I hack-sawed them off, they're ugly and get in the way when working on the bike.

When I need to slap the OEM shock in while the Penske is getting rebuilt, I simply zip-tie the adjuster to the subframe. That's only temporary since the rebuilt Penske goes back in as soon as I get it back from Traxxion.

This is what I did to mine so I can use my o mile stock shock when I send the Penskey off for rebuild. I wanted to get black tube and nuts later but never got to it.

My 05 will sell with the Wilburs on it.... I sold the original suspension long ago....

No.... just runs from one side to the other, and has a couple bolt holes for where the ABS is supported/mounted...
