Great things are afoot
A quick RR for SW FOG
Headed to Fernley, NV to meet up with Doug and gang. Sadly, I realized when I got home, I did not take any food **** shots....
Couple of WIngnuts on the way to Cedar City.....
FJRay and Patti
Doug and Gayle
There must have been some decent storms before we got on 50
Right after the "lake", there was a pretty long stretch where people have written their names with rocks on the side of the road.
We headed out HWY 50 for a bit, until Doug turned us onto Nevada 722. This is a great road that has everything but LEO presence..... I do believe that this road is lonelyer than HWY 50. So I had to stop and get my Ghost rider shot.
Not a bad Wednesday's agenda.....
Waiting for the wings....
After we regrouped, we stopped for some gas and kept an eye on which direction these guys were headed. AFAIK, no performance awards were received this trip...The guy driving the SUV was actually pretty cool.
There was a bit of weather, but we managed to skirt it all the way into Ely. We got a few sprinkles and everybody suited up
IT was a quick trip from Ely to CC, so we stopped Cathedral Gorge for a quick break.
Dougie Bear showing us how big that last bug really was
As we pulled into CC, we thought about Bust...
Some of the scenery on 12 and 14.
A quick side trip to Cedar Breaks....
And some of the people
FYB enjoying a slight elevation change...
And the one and only
Festars ******......
And finally, an FJR salute for our missing comrades, Don, Barry and Michael
Had a great time, enjoyed the rides, people and scenery. Can't wait to do next year.
