All arrived safely in Taos after a great day of riding.

Here's the group!

Lucky dogs. I see petey is there on the left in the red. The other fellow in red looks like a guy I rode with on the '05 FOG. Is he from California? If so, tell him hello.

He is from Oklahoma and his name escapes me...I will find out and relay the greeting. I believe he said he was at '05.

The other fellow in the red jacket is indeed from CA. Bruce's forum handle is Longrider.

I'm the guy in the black T-shirt behind him.

This was the group that met in Albuquerque on Thursday. Several more met up with us in Taos.

Hell, even with name tags I messed up the names. Thanks for the correction. Had a relaxing ride back to Phx. Temps were good except for the last 100 miles.....103*. The hydration kit is worth it's price.

I have 60 or so pictures, should I post some of them? Nothing incriminating. Just candids and bike shots.

Props to Reid for putting together a simple but great experience. :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo: Dinner at The Appletree was fantastic. Thanks to all who attended for a great time and thanks to the vendors who donated prizes.

Hey guys, enjoyed meeting and riding with everyone. Ed and I made it back home all safe and sound. ran into a good hail storm in Colorado. but glad to be home. heading to the STN get together next week in Custer SD

gotta change the oil, should wash the bugs off.

well got no time for that.

again I enjoyed the get together

Don in Wyoming

anyone going to the STN ride and need a room. got one to share for 2 nites

Well I made it back to California via the round about route. Great trip back but cold in places. First nite I was at the north Rim of the Grand Canyon the wind clocked 67 MPH. Roads were closed by down trees the next day, but no problem as I wasn't going anywhere anyway. Glad I had electric vest as it was really cold for the next few days. Cedar Breaks at 10,000+ feet and fresh snow was a challenge.

Rolling through Nevada heading for lunch in downtown Rachel, rear tire went flat. Was a hole, but nothing in it. The folks at Rachel were great and I recommend if you are in the area of Area 51 you stop there. Plugged the hole with sticky string, blew up the tire with my trusty Slime compressor and left town for Tonopah. Over the Sierras at Tioga Pass and into Centerville and home I went.

Many thanks to Doc Reid for all the planning and hard work. Was another great ride with a very good bunch of people. It doesn't get better than that!

Doc the tank bag I was using came from Cyclegear, This is the one

Had a great time even if I had to buy a tire Sat.,Don and Ed rode over to Sante FE and Ed and I got a tire. Then we road some good roads.Wish there was a better way to known how long the dam tires would last looked ok when I left only 6,000 miles. Well bought a tire changer ordered two sets of tires will never leave home on long trip with more that 4,000 miles or less any more.

Ok, here is the link for the pictures I took going to and at the SW-FOG! Sorry it took so long. I have no pictures from Saturday's ride as I was grounded due to the need for painkillers. Thanks to everyone. It was an experience.
