While the rest of the country was cooking, we had it wet and cool, now it's our turn. Yesterday, we hit a high of 103. First time in triple digits since August of 2009. Now today they are predicting a possible high of 112. I'll believe it when I see it, but is looking promising so far.

This is one of those times I'm happy to live snuggled in the mountains on the soggy Westside. (Well, Eastside of the Westside..)

I hope and pray that you don't get the fires that other areas have gotten.

We are headed for the coast this weekend. Temps are going to be high 60's. Summer is here in full force!

My wifes family lives in the Pullman, Wa. area and they haven't had much of a summer yet. I will take the heat over cold & snow any day!!

Update. Went over 100 just a little while ago, humidity is down to a normal 16%, down from 66% earlier. Thunder storms building, could be fun again tonite. Three forest fires already, summer is here. :yahoo:
