For those that are looking for sliders and rear bag protectors, just saw their option on the website....

sliders here

By the looks of it, they offer a bit more room for the Pillon room on the foot peg if that is something needed....

They even have protectors on the bag protectors.

Edit: Can you get them in Chrome to match the badge on the bag?

I like the design.

Reasonably priced, too.

These should sell well.

Might even consider a set myself.

I have a full set of Canyon Cages and I might replace them with these. I like the slider design since it opens up the area around the oil filter and oil fill cap. It is a bit of a pain to snake a long, thin funnel in to add oil.

ooo. those look nice! I especially like that they don't displace/attach to the foot peg mount, which on Gen II FJRs is a pretty wimply set up. The mounting for the pipe and bag seems to be a much better setup. These are something I might actually buy!

Hey Dan - check this out.....

One of my mechanics in our service bay has one of these and they work a treat for the canyon cages...

Oil Filter pliers work fantastically for the oil filter...

Make sure you find one that is adjustable to get the small oil filter we have on the FJR...

They look strong.

Not sure what the description means ..."designed NOT to rotate in a low side." unless they mean being pushed straight back into the side case.

Cool funnel, I'll order one right away. This would be good with or without the Canyon Cages. I have been using K&N filters so far with the nut on the end but may go to the OEM filter next.

Great tools, thanks!

Dan

I have the T-Rex sliders and like the looks of them. Also have the Canyon Cages bag protector and the MCL rear peg extenders. I like the setup, and only expect them to save me from a 0 mph parking lot drop. If T-Rex would have had these available before I got the Canyon Cages, I would have went with them instead.

Lookin Good Bogus......

Diggin the Carbon Fiber adjustable side panel and Carbon Pipes..... Looks much better then stainless or shiny stuff to me....

Yea I like the carbon fiber look as well. The Sargent seat has a carbon fiber pattern, and I also used the CF wrap on the chin of the cowling.

Interesting that ordering from eBay is actually less expensive compared to the T-Rex website.

YES !!! Let the Farkling Begin !!

Too funny - I had so many parts already at my house when my bike finally arrived - including the LAAM.

And before I could even do anything to the bike I had to wash all the salty slush off it...

5 miles on the trailer in the melting snow dead of winter....

Consider yourself lucky - all I got to do was look at the damn thing parked for way too long...

Would like to see a pic of a bike with the T-Rex rear guards installed, but w/o the bags on the bike.
