Wednesday in the PNW. Think "Cool" B)

120 ?!?! ho-lee crap :shok:
Mary Ellen....I see 126.

But Carver is one tough hombre. He has to be living where he does, on the Hondarosa.

Y'know, like a cowboy, when one is injured on the bike one must ride themselves to the get-well-quick-place. Soooo, what's a little heat? Can it be much worse than a little stray radiation?

BAH!

Try 110° recorded temp (meaning air temp out on some grassy area around a sensor by the airport), move over to a gen 1 FJR on the pavers coming down i15 near Ogden, UT, mix in a flipped tanker truck and a pinch of 25 mile/3-hour backup of traffic in mostly-stopped-and-occasionally-creeping-forward traffic then stir in some ATGATT as topping.

Get back to me.

BTW: It was a much more manageable 102° yesterday (which is typical for about a month or so each summer around here).

Suck it up or get a Vespa, ya gurley men!

Not sure where you had that thermometer stuck, but you definitely have a fever.

Take a couple aspirin and lie down - drink plenty of fluids too.

..and I had just stopped to fish out the camera. That was rolling temp, not inflated at rest, no air across the sensor temp reading.Oh, Bounce, that was stop and go too - but I'm a gen 2, not sure how much difference there is? It was plenty hot enough. My limiting factor was WATER not gas. Every 40 minutes I was drinking a full Skyway hydration jug, however much that is. I was actually forcing myself to drink that much water - I know exactly what happens if you don't - cause I read MadMike reports..

Heat goin' to yer brain there? Don't knw the difference between miles and degrees? :p
