Anyone out there want to part with their Gen I Tanji Fuel cell? I'll treat it nice and take it lots of cool places

Specter, you're looking for the only aux fuel tank I know of that appreciates in value.

The last one that went up for sale on this forum, I think it was a little over a year ago, went for around $1,500.00. It actually sparked a bidding war.

Perhaps if you would post what you'd be willing to pay, you might have a better chance. Keep in mind there's only around 15 of them, I think?

Oh yeah, that's right !! Come to think of it, so has Cal24Master. Assuming that no other owners have modified theirs to fit a GenII, that leaves 11 of them out there. Which means they just got even more expensive.

FYI, my Tanji #6 is simply useable totally on both Gen I orIIs. for gen 1 use simply remove front lock tab that fits into GEn II rear saddle. no other mod required. saddle bags are still easily removed without removing the cell. It was IBR tested and worked perfectly.
