I think the gray/silver Bagster tank cover and bag I had on my '05 might fit, but it just wouldn't look right on that shiny red '14, so I'm looking for a tank bag.

I like the ones that mount securely on a ring around the gas cap. Just can't remember the maker to look it up. I'd appreciate a lead to that product so I can do some research.

I'd also like some feedback about how you like yours if you have one. I'm pretty sure I don't want a magnetic bag, or one that's strapped on somehow under the tank. Is there any other kind I'm not thinking of? The bag itself needs to be big enough for a decent amount of content--say at least big enough to hold a six pack of beer (separated into individual cans, of course). I don't want to carry a six pack of beer in there, just to say I want it big enough to do that. If I really had to, I mean. :)

Needs a map window on top, too. If you have one to sell, perfect. If you don't, but know where to find a new one, please let me know. Thanks.

Givi or similar rings are more convenient than Bags Connection (Touratech), but it's a matter of finding the bag you like. OR there's the Yamaha one..... (Touratech).

I used the Bags Connection one for a short while. I liked the electrified mounting ring so that when I clipped it on I had 12 volts inside to charge devices and power my GPS. I found some small issues with it though with the electrification in that on longer rides and rallies I'd have to double check that it was on just right or my GPS battery wouldn't be charging as expected. Non powered unit would be great but I really wanted power inside. I also found I wanted a slightly larger bag that the one I'd bought.Their stuff is really nice and I'm not trying to degrade them in any way. Sold the whole shebang on here to HRZ and went back to a magnetic bag. Yes, it does eventually let some marks in the paint but I can live with it.
