TBAR install

Changed the spark plug this morning, my day off and the weather is perfect don’t cha’know.. I can’t get the dang TBAR back on. Done this job twice before I do remember it being a bit sticky but this time I just cannot get the threads to line up.

Threads still check out fine so I fib. I must be forgetting something here?

Any Tips please

One goes over, 2 go under (or vice versa but I think that;s right). I did have a friend that tried to force all 3 under and nothing would line up.
