A public thanks! to Chuckaha. He posted the whereabouts of a couple of 2005 FJR's at Heinen's Yamaha in Osseo, MN one of which I took delivery of a few days ago. Not telling folks here anything new that the bike is GREAT but, it is head and shoulders better than my 97' ST in all depts.
If anyone needs a reliable and careful mover for your steed, Keyboard Carriage out of Elizabethtown, KY did me right. They picked up my bike from Heinen's and basically deliverd it to my door in Chandler, AZ inside of a week with nary a scratch, ding and barely any dust! Very competitive rates too. Great people to deal with and they really have their act together when it comes to moving bikes. They also haul grand pianos and such so they know how to handle fragile items. If you see a FJR at a dealer, post it up, someone may be looking for one and thanks to Chuckaha, I got my dream bike and got a smokin' deal on it too!
