A little canary tweeted in my ear that Doug C in a couple of days will wave goodbye to the work enviro and head immediately for body parts enhancement then the big R of Retirement.

I personally want to THANK DougC (and employer) for allowing this forum to consume bandwidth and Doug for ensuring the server remained on-line and available all these years.

Been here since early 2006 and seen many changes.

Being here to see Doug start a new life chapter is among the top story line, EVER!

Once again, Cheers and Thank You to Sir Doug.

Enjoy your retirement Doug. Without your efforts this forum wouldn't be what it is. Thanks again.

Thanks guys, appreciate the thoughts.  It's really been no trouble, for the most part, since the beginning when slapnpop moved to WA from NC and the forum moved with him.

Last day at work and I'm mostly moving my office home today.  Exit interview at 3pm although I'm not off the books until the 30th.  Vacationing until the end of the month. 😁

Left shoulder replacement surgery scheduled for 10am tomorrow morning.  Once I'm recovered enough to ride again, when I can ride a new bike home, I'll begin looking for another FJR or other interstate capable bike.

Doug, once recovered I intend to ride the wheels off my bikes.  You can count on a visit/ride next year.
