I actually cooked one of these in my smoker at home last Sunday. It was very easy to make - fun in fact. A well rested chimp on a good day could cook it. And it tastes amazing. Like anything else, moderation is advised.

I love bacon but that is just way over the top as far as I am concerned. After a heart attack, 3 pacemakers and by-pass surgery I will have to pass on that one. I will just have 3-4 strips with my fried eggs, toast with lots of butter so I can watch my cholesterol---on its way down.
