Fairlaner is right, that's Clarkson from Top Gear fame and that has to be from about 10 or 15 years ago.

heheh.. he said Rubber Trousers...

So at 50 t-lbs, it has to include all around airbags, because no helmet is required.

Would you have to have a seat belt? Meaning to say, it is now a cager...

That thingie is made by the Swiss company Peraves. You can tell that it is a dazzling success by the numbers of them you see on the road every day ;)

Perhaps more notable is the Super Ball Motor that Peraves designed. It is a dazzling success too, just check out all the vehicles that are available with the Ball Motor. Waste a lot of time waiting for the video to load and waste even more time watching an animation of how the Super Ball Motor works. View.

I would have thunk that they could have put one of the Ball Motors in an ECO and really be successful.

Yes ionbeam is right Peraves in Winterthur

all the vehicles in that video have Swiss license plates, all models are really BMW K models with a fancy cage... and they still sell 10 year old low mileage units for like $ 45000

crazy

I've seen one here in Ephrata, PA at Sunday morning meetings. They are ridiculously expensive.

I consider one if they weren't so high-priced. Then again I ride an AE. That would fill in well on rainy and cold days. Haven't been riding enough this fall 'cause I'm too lazy to put on gear.
