Well, I just got her back. She, for the most part, looks good. Still has a damaged front wheel, subframe bent a little to the left and since stock pipe was not available a pair of ear-shattering (ugh) slip ons (she sounds like twin 450 MX race bikes). 03Silverbullet Steve dropped by and saw her. Nice guy. We're going riding one of these days. But still glad to ride her.

And the crashor (my ktm being the crashee) lived up to his word. NEVER PAID A CENT. Great. My days off will be spent in court. THAT IS THE WORST.

Never let anyone ride your bike no matter how nice and decent they come across.

+1, Gunny; 10-4 on what SkootyG said: Glad to hear you got your KTM back Jeff, Brian is an ULTIMATE *********!

Glad to hear you got your bike back, as far as Brian goes his name is now in the s##t hole as far as I'm concerned, and I don't think anyone here will have much to do with him, this is worst than a bad credit report because everyone knows who you are. <_<

So, you going to let 03Silverbullet take her for a test ride?

Sorry, I couldn't resist.

He might as well. Its a wrecked POS now. Shoulda taken the insurance pay-out and just looked for another bike. That could not have been the only KYM available in the state.

Oh well.

jeff glad you got the ktm back.dont let this thing with brian eat you up goes around comes around take the high road and enjoy the bike

Dammit. Talk about "mood swings." At first I was SOOO sorry for poor Brian. Awful injuries, stuck out of state. What to do? Second: What!? He BAILED on you and won't reply? What a ****! Third: Oh, now I feel bad I thought he was a ****. Guess he'll stand up and do the right thing. Now: He DIDN'T? What a ****. What a double ****.

Brian, I'd love to have there be just ONE more mood swing on this subject. It's not too late to contact this guy. I'm done now. Last I heard, we were going to leave this alone. Good luck, Jeff.

No, the bike is not a wrecked POS. It looks almost like new. The front wheel has a small scrape and rear subframe is barley bent - I could hardly tell. Other than that it looked like new.

As far as him letting me ride it, I would love to and I promise I won't crash!

Good luck, Jeff. Glad that you at least have it back. Shame on the ********* who was only too eager to whine about his own injuries and take no responsibility for anything. Another irresponsible "victim" type, it seems.

Well, I've tried to put a pic here. Darn it. I guess thinking that computers were a fad wasn't exactly right
