I'll have some more "macro" shots of this as soon as I can get them off my camera. The BMW was parked right next to me at 1088 and I was chatting with the rider when I saw this. At first I thought some plastic body part was falling off, and it seemed to be split. When I couldn't figure out what it was I went in for a closer look. Nice. He hadn't even known it was there. Said he's been through a bunch of them the night before. By Friday evening if you looked close (and held your nose) you could see flies in the cavity area, meaning maggots couldn't be far off. The rider claimed he was going to leave it there until he got home, then he planned to take it to a taxidermy friend he had. His own little Utah 1088 award I guess.
