Lets what see some of you circuit blowers can post up. I will dazzle my house this Sunday if all goes as planned. The rules are - It must be YOUR house, not one you saw on the news/net.

Up for the challenge? I have to challenge here as my neighbors can't/don't compete

This is all my fiancee and I could manage...

...okay, so this was our Christmas vacation 2001 makeshift decorations in our Santa Fe, NM hotel room. Let's just say we forgot to put out the milk and cookies for Santa that year.

We put our decorations and tree up early and leave them up until the needles have pretty much fallen off the branches, but we don't go heavy on the lights. I'm too cheap to use all that electricity. :D The decorations really do cheer us up this time of year where the fewer hours of daylight would otherwise be pretty depressing. BTW, we're getting our first snow in the Catskills this morning.

It's a good thing you don't put lights on a tree that is dead and dry. Wouldn't want to hear about the fire that destroyed your house. That would suck. We've gone artificial. No more mess. :yahoo:

The sad part is that I believe I'm partially responsible for some of Fencer's forthcoming lightshow. Never, never, never give him a giftcard to any place that sells Christmas lights..... :(

"If it can't be seen by astronauts, it ain't Christmas!"

Hello Ed!

:p Any room for a Cager (for now) on here? Especially one with all these horribly twisty roads nearby?

Fencer, can I post a photo of my neighbor's house? I know it doesn't count - but it is impressive. :dribble: ;)

Still patiently waiting....
It didn't go as planned, I was only able to get up minmalis lights. Can't be seen from space. I'll try to get a pic on but now we are doing the family all over the state runaround on the weekends. I'm killing time waiting on the Sis in law to show so we can leave for an Uncles place

And it didn't seem as much fun with out the challenge :(

No internet or neighbors to compete with.

Wheaton, show me your neighbor to inspire me.

As I said, I ended up being a minimalist this year. I didn't even have a float in the city parade this year (we worked that day instead. Yes it was a Sat)

I have about 20 time more stuff that what you see.
