This movie looks awesome!!

A team of seven courageous riders join Adam Schomer and guru Anand Mehrotra on an amazing journey through Northern India, where they traverse some of the most perilous roads and highest passes of the Himalayas.

This 21-day expedition takes them along serpentine pass roads to an elevation of 18,000 feet – and not even flooded roads, icy mountain edges, snow, sickness, or low oxygen deters them. Spirits remain high as they continue to discover their deeper selves.

The group is guided by Anand, who fearlessly leads this pack of riders in spite of a Vedic prophecy that predicts his untimely death in an accident in his late twenties – his current age. Anand is inspiring and reminds this band of travelers that “only the one who dies, truly lives.”

Hm. No helmet? I thought 'ATGATT' meant 'All The Gear, All The Time,' not 'All The Guru All The Time.'

Seems to me it doesn't take a Vedic prophet to predict serious injury... :dribble:

Or perhaps what appears to us as choice ultimately depends on what has gone before.

Still, I would not choose to emulate anyone who feels they must display such flagrant disregard for their personal safety, even if the admirable motivation was to confront and challenge their greatest fear.

Anyway, it may be a good movie. Perhaps in it someone convinces the good fellow to wear a helmet. That would make it an excellent movie

OK, but the Himalayas are too cold/steep for me = Whatever?

This one however, caught my eye; Thailand/Laos/Cambodia

Looking forward to donning a saffron robe, shaving my head, and walking the earth barefoot again!
