Airboss, have you decided yet? Be nice to have you there. Loved the sign thing you did for the IBR. For everyone else... the days are passing fast, only 6 weeks till the Rally. How many FJR riders from the Forum are confirmed? Chime in and let's hear from you and your starting location.

Sent in my paperwork this week. Though I'm only doing the 10 hour rally, I'm going to ride with my dad and get him hooked on this rally thing :) At least that's the plan.

Leaving from Cincy to Lynchburg, apparently the wimpy class start from there.

I just got back to Florida from riding my first points rally. The VOID was a great success. Those guys put on a great show. It was well run, organized and very good time. I didn't score well due to a 2 and a half hour traffic delay in Atlanta which caused me to change my route and plan but had a great time and learned alot. It was good to meet Renegade and his dad fromn the forum and Jim and Donna Owens of Iron Butt fame. Over the long weekend I did manage to log over 2000 miles and the bike, well what else can you say it's an FJR! If you have time next year check out The VOID 4. I'll be there.

Yep had a blast even though we dicked up the route and rally pretty good. We still had a lot of fun.

Next year's gonna be different cause, it just will be :)

Yo Matt -- sorry I didn't get to talk with you more or meet your dad. Read your great write-up, though.

As usual, I dicked up the paperwork and left points on the table, but I'm pretty pleased with a 7th place out of Altoona. I've had my butt kicked before by a lot of the riders that started there.

Gary and Scott are really getting this thing down. Great rally, and I'm going to try and make it an annual event on my calendar. That'll make two I do every year instead of my normal one (the Mason-Dixon 20-20). This one was fun enough that I'm thinking of trying to squeeze in Cape Fear and maybe the Minuteman. Anyone here signing up for any of those three?
