Time to get it out of neutral and get serious! We are going to make the Why Not a reality for 2025 after our unplanned one year hiatus.

I believe they JP is thinking either Labor Day weekend or the weekend after. Leaning towards the weekend after as traffic is much less with kids in school.

Friends and Family,

Thank you for completing the pre-event survey. We received 50 responses however my data reflects only the first 40 since I was too cheap to upgrade to a paid survey monkey account! I also did not want a paid account in order to export said data so here is the condensed version;

1. Which weekend - 82.05% voted for 9-4 thru 9-7 2025 so that is a done deal.

2. Would you like me to try to block out rooms at the Bridge Inn IN ADDITION TO THE BLOCK at the Oregon Trail Motel? This was split exactly 50/50
I think my wording confused those in a hurry to read the question which is supported by two comments received. In addition I feel strongly that we should support those that supported us last year. Smoking MY tri-tip and providing another one gratis for the Friday night parking lot party. Arranging for dinner at the Elks. Providing for rides to and from the Elks. Telling the cop to get bent on Saturday night (OK I am exaggerating now!) Anywho I have blocked out 30 rooms at the Oregon Trail and those that want a mint on their pillow can make other arrangements.

3. We will have (3-4) Vegetarian Plates at the Saturday dinner given the (3) commits. This is fluid of course, how many not the meal! Otherwise business as usual Prime Rib or Chicken.

I received many "Comments" mostly kudos but thought I would share my two favorites 1. " Twisty Roads Please" 2. Ban Scooter, I found a few boogers on my bike...again."

I will start a brand new thread with lodging information so you folks can get off your butts and make a resi.

I have already started collecting raffle/door prizes and have some cool chit already!
