Check out this recent FJR sale on ebay:

Nutso FJR sold on ebay

Tons, and I mean TONS of farlkes on this 05 ABS, yet only 129 miles on the odo!!!!

The farkle to mile ratio is waaaay out of proportion. Heresy I say!!! I'll give the old owner credit - no way could I have done all that work on the bike and NEVER rode the darn thing.

Yo BrunDog - this guy a relative of yours? :D

Looks too good to be true. Keep an eye on the posting and I'll wager it's pulled in the near future. Somebody has probably hijaaked the seller account and will try and get the buyer to send him Western Union or something not through the seller's ID.

Add was done a few days ago. There was a buyer.

Uhhhh.........that's what they mean by "Sold for: $12,500" ;)

Bueller?

And for cryin out loud!!!!..................

Ok, so Smitty chromes his wheels. I think they look cool, but I can see where others don't like it.

But on this, I think there will be consensus:

I mean, who freakin white powdercoats an FJR's wheels?!?!?!

Tasteless pimp-daddy FJR

Oh, the shame!

Now here's a good scam:
Yes you, that's right, you, can get an 05 FJR with only 680 miles for........

$2990!!!!!!
Damn, if only it was an '04!

Gotta agree on the white wheels. :puke:

The first one... poor ******* had to move from Cali to Minnihaha. I'm surprised he didn't ride it off a cliff into the Pacific!

Both of those 'stealers' have ZERO Transactions on ebay

The Buy it now for $2995 would be one to F*** with.

I have been trying to contact the seller of the $2990 FJR and here is his response.

I started F'ing with him as well and got the identical message. Replied that I am willing to pay cash and go to Rochester or a destination of his choosing to pick up bike. I wouldn't mind riding it back to San Diego, getting 7500 miles on it and then selling it.

I'd be surprised if the ****** reponds, we all know it's a scam, but I can be a persistent SOB to make him made. Remember the reverse laptop scam from a couple years ago?

It sold for $12,500!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Some people will pay too much for somethings on E-bay too! To bad the gut didn't drive down to a dealer and get one for under $11,000. A freind did just recently.

I don't understand some people.
