I have this werid sound on my bike, Tiek tok, tiek tok, but it's not a big sound, I thought it was the timin chain, however i open it & check it, perfectly fine, However. When i ride my legs become very hot with tempeture, I took all the covers off (Panels) & looked at the head mani of the exhasut headers, when i rev my bike up it appear to be blowing air. So i took it off & seal it with (Firegum) & attach it in place. The sound was there again. Tiek tok, tiek tok. (I also check for any lose bolt etc aswell, couldn't find any lose.

It;s really graping the sh**t out of me ;)

Any fjr rides that own a 2002 expereince this issue?

Possibly the cam chain tensioner (also known as CCT) or, since yours is a Gen I, "the tick" from worn exhaust valve guides. Extensive old (>2-3 years ago) threads on both if you search, including more or less definitive diagnostics. Found both by typing 'tick' in the search mode in the technical/ mechanical forum, linked here: https://www.fjrforum.com/forum//index.php?app=core&module=search&do=search&fromMainBar=1

Good luck
