Take a close look at this picture of the throttle on my FJR. Here's your question:

This unique device is designed to:

A. reduce complaints by irate FJR owners about poor mileage on their rear tires

B. prevent newbies from becoming deadbies

C. allow other sport cruiser owners to keep up with the FJR

D. be used when allowing potential buyers to "take her for a ride."

F. Looks like a good way to not only ding up your tank, but to crash the whole bike.
