Along time ago (long before the FJR) I ordered an assortment of wheel weights from Yamaha. I keep them in a container and re-use them to this day. They of course go over the rim center and do not come off.

Amen to that , I too bought some wheel weights that cliip on to the center of the rim. I reuse them and reuse them, never have I lost one yet.

I followed Skooter's advice and bought some clip on weights and used the stick-on's to fine tune. I trimmed the stick-on so if they ever fall off, it won't be that big of a deal since were talking less than 7 grams.
