Or just find a peregrine falcon, and let nature work it's miracle.
Just put a laptop in the tree and post him to death....Thanks, guys, but I can't use guns of any sort. Poisons, and traps will raise the hackles of the PETA freaks.
Nah, that don't work. Look at you; you're still here. :****:Just put a laptop in the tree and post him to death....
Or, find out what its natural predator is, and buy one. :assassin:Find out what its natural predator is and get a recording of that - you can get tapes and such of most animal/bird calls these days. Play that outdoors and hopefully....
:lol:Teach it a song that you like.
I'm confused. The natural preditor of a mocking bird is a pie tin??From https://ca.audubon.org/bird_faqs.htm ,PART III. BIRD PESTS
Q: What is that bird that sings all night, and how can I make it go away?
A: This is a Northern Mockingbird, a common urban bird in most of California. They are highly territorial (and vocal), particularly during the spring and summer. The mockingbird may be trying to attract a mate or defend the territory around its nest from potential predators. If you've tried to scare it away but can't, you might have to wait until fall. Otherwise, some people have suggested hanging pie tins in the tree where the mockingbird sings.
Well... DUH!... don't you remember kindergarden???? "...four and twenty mockingbirds baked into a pie..."I'm confused. The natural preditor of a mocking bird is a pie tin??
:vinsent: BE wery wery quiet, He's hunting wabbits! :gun:I'm glad I've mellowed in my old age because the wabbits are now getting on my nerves. And now I have a fully stocked arsenal!! LOL
Won't help, but rent the movie "Failure to Launch" You'll be able to relate :dribble:I'm dyin' here...
For the last month, a mockingbird has taken up residence in a nearby tree.
