This is really interesting. We're not very self-promoting so it's nice when the US does it for us ;)

"Tom Brokaw explains the relationship between Canada and The United States, in a pre-recorded short film that aired on NBC prior to the Opening Ceremonies of the 2010 Winter Olympic Games..." clicky

ps- the US - Canada hockey game is tied :yahoo:

Thanks Richard. Sorry about that! Try it now ....

That was cool....

You learn something everyday, 95% of you canucks live within 100 miles of the US border. The rest are in California...........

I see Canucks all the time, Never have I met one I didn't like ! I went there years ago for my GF's sons hockey tournament, they slaughtered us , but then they are born holding hockey sticks anyway.

Are you watching The Game tonight ? :)

That was great. Thanks for posting. Made me want to go right out and hug a Canadian. Any volunteers?

In college I had a Canadian buddy whom I asked the difference between Canadians and Amercians (besides that funny way of saying "aboot.") I said there isn't one, is there? He said yes there is, and went on to explain: "The difference between Canadians and Americans is that Canadians think there's a difference and Americans don't, and that's the difference."

Geez but you're blunt, BadPigg.

Going to that WCRR thing?

But seriously, heard on the radio the other day. American and Canadian chatting.

American noting that Canadians aren't as competitive about things, asks "How many Canadians have ever walked on the moon?"

Canadian replies, "Every Canadian ....who's ever wanted to."

Well, 90% anyway!

Since Calgary is more than 100 miles from the border, I guess that puts me in the 'TOP' 10% of Canadians!

Actually Arizona and Florida are the more popular places of residence of our 'Snowbirds'.

OM.....G, yer so funny!

*whacks ya with a dead salmon*
Be gentle Old Michael, something about 5-3 victory score last night! barb, is the dead salmon Chinook or Coho? I love salmon!

I wouldn't waste either of those on him. I am sure I have a frost bitten mushy old pink salmon I can thaw out for the joyous occasion

:)
