Anyone used the TomTom 510? I found a place that has it for $199, not refurb.

With the aplication of a ziplock bag and a rubberband might it be a nice low cost cycle GPS?

HERE is a review. Anyone have any input?

Thanks

I originally purchased the 510 to be used in the car only but when Ram came out with a cradle I decided to put it on the bike. Only down side I have is that you have to attach a power shoe (such as the window mount) to the back of it if you want to use bike power making it a somewhat clumsy looking install. I generally run off of bike power until it starts to rain at which point I remove the power shoe and cover it with a bag. Internal battery lasts about 4 hours so it can go about as long as I can in a rain storm.
