I guess nobody can see the light here, distracted somehow. The sun is low, and directly in front of the bike. Right in their faces. Which is why their faces show up so good. Shadows are consistent wth that. All the shadows.

To put a shadow on the ground, the light has to be high. It's not. It's straight ahead. Shadows are behind them.
