Touring Windscreen

The accessory part number for the touring windscreen for a 2010, 2015, and a 2004 is the same. Part# 1MCF83J0V000. So looks like it fits all generations. Check with your dealer to make sure. I was amazed at the list price for this windscreen. I thought a Cee Bailey was expensive but not so much. I would rather have the Cee Bailey.

Gen 1, Gen 2, and 3 mounts are totally different. What bike did you buy it for? I'm interested and can pick it up.

Windshields were purchased for a 2010 by the original owner of the bike. One was mounted and the other was just a spare that the guy bought one day when he was at the dealer. One is new never mounted and the other has 2200 miles on it and is absolutely like new. When I bought the bike last month it only had 1200 miles on the clock. The original owner bought the bike new only last year so between a couple years in a warehouse somewhere the bike sat in a showroom in Kalispell, Montana for 3 years and was never even used for test rides. I also own a '93 BMW R1100RSL that I bought 4 years ago with one mile on the clock so they're out there and a lot less than buying new for sure.

My neighbor has a 2015 so I will pay him a visit and see if it fits a GEN3 this morning. If you want one say the word soon as there seems to be much interest. If you could pick up that would be good.

Just got back from the neighbors and you are correct. No way will my windshields fit a GEN3 FJR. About all I can say is they fit my 2010 GEN2 and that is all I will say. I don't know about fit on a GEN1.

Windshield fitment range:

Gen I -- '01 to '05

Gen II -- '06 to '12

Gen III -- '13 to '15

Gen IV -- '16 Same windshield fitment as Gen III.

Hi ionbeam, I agree, my windshields will only fit gen2 bikes from '06-'12. Sorry for putting out bad info and causing confusion.

So long and short is I've got two perfect condition gen2 touring wndshields for sale at great prices, imo.

I just reread this post and I take it you intend to modify the windshields to fit? The height of the windshields is 22-3/4".

That will work for me. It worked so well before that I'm not even thinking of buying a VStream. Why mess with a good thing and I know how to cut them down and finish them so they look factory. Thanks, I will take them both and also pick up soon.
