Anybody in the Denver Area that would want to trade My Black 2014 Gen III wheels for your late model Gen II Silver Wheel. I believe they will fit. Get in touch with me and we can discuss the logistics of this.

Never have like black wheels. To Me, it is an unfinished look. Did the same with my 2003 ST1300. That was the only year Honda put black wheels on a ST. Don't know why or understand why the manufactures are going with black wheels on all their models today. I suppose it has to do with cost. Just my personal preference.

I agree with you Chuck, although I think the black wheels look good on the '14 red bike. But I had a buddy three or four years ago that wanted a black FJR, which meant the '08 or '09. However, he was completely uninterested in the '08 that had polished silver wheels, which I found to be much more to my preference. It was the black '09 with the black wheels for him, or nothing. To each his own! Point being, I'm sure somebody out there prefers the black wheels - doesn't even have to be local rider. That could be a great ride for someone to roll out your way to swap wheels then spend a few days in the Rockies. Good luck!

Still looking for some one in the Denver area or along the Front Range of the Rockies in Colorado. Need to get this done with in a couple of weeks as I am ready to mount new tires for a trip at the end of April. Thanks .
