Well, it's all over now except for the lingering Covid.
Doug, Marty and George invaded the Hondarosa, riding, of all things, Tenere's and not FJR's.
My how things have changed. My guess is most riders on this FJR forum have another bike other than the superior FJR, and some lowlife scumbags no longer even ride an FJR.
Such was the case here. Tres Tenere's. At least they are Yamahas and not inferior BMW GS bikes.. JSNS....
A couple of days prior to TT arrival, I picked up an ear ache. No big deal, but it travelled from right to left to both ears, followed by low level headache. No fever, cough, lack of smell (I ALWAYS smell stinky!) so no thought of being a Covid Boi.
The gang arrived, we partied hearty until 20:30, drank a Coors Light (******' Near Water!) ate the 'Short Horn' in beautiful downtown Creston.
Rode a nice loop, but I cut the second half of the loop off the agenda, as the TT riders were complaining about the long and arduous ride the day before.
The basic loop was Creston via Rossi's Driveway to Santa Margarita for breakfast, 58 East to Bitterwater Rd, 41 to Parkfield turn off, San Miguel, San Marcos Road, Vineyard to 46 west to Old Creek Road to Morro Bay then home again.
Too much trouble to relink video and pics, so here ya go, a relink to the CandyButtAssociation Tres Tenere's Ride
