I hear those Bergmans are pretty kick *** scooters.

No comment on the wedding bell blues.

Both of us scoured their web site, pictures, videos etc., and could find no mention of the trunk. I knew it "looked" like there was one, but they never show it open or mention it at all (that I could find).
Hidden down on page 11 of their pamphlet is a little picture of the front trunk. Holds 44 liters I think:

Test rides in San Diego on the 17 and 18 (weds and thurs). That leaves out the working class riders...damn:

Here's one for the plus sizes:

There is a local dealer in Bearsville, NY that sells trikes. It looks like they get a new bike and a trike kit from somewhere and put them together. They have Gold Wings and some V twins in the showroom. None are cheap. I don't see a web site for them. Let me know if you want me to pick up some literature and send it to you.

Its a Corbin Motors Merlin. Yes the same company that makes saddles tried to get into the motor industry. They 'produced' models, and this is one of them. The other was an electric vehicle called the Sparrow. Its the funky little car that was in Goldmember.

My biggest concern thus far about the Spyder... Does not appear to have squat for storage. I mean, zero, ziltch, nada!Optional storage rack on the back is about large enough to hold a tank bag.
There is the option of a universal Givi mount and sidecases. Then she'd be able to carry more than the FJR....HEY, she could carry your stuff while you ride w/o side cases! :yahoo:

So pray tell, exactly how did you get a test ride and can you hook a brother up? :)
Can-Am trailered about 20 of em around the country this past summer. Stumbled into the test ride. TV commercial came on and said when/where the test ride was set up. I called, they said come on down and so me and a bud rolled there straight away. We hung around and they let us go a second time as they were not full that afternoon. The second ride - now that ROCKED! The lead Cam-Am guy took the 3 of us that had gone before on a more spirited run while the Cam-Am tail sweep took the newbies. Here's where I lucked into it: Swampfox Motorsport

Edit: These are of absolutely of no help, but here they are anyhow:

Thanks. I saw it last spring and have wondered what it was.

Well, at this point, GF is pretty hot for the Spyder and I can't blame her. All the ABS/Computer Stabilization technology makes its ride more than the typical trike and less than the typical motorcycle.

Seems BRP has a very good product for those who don't have or don't care to acquire the finer skills to safely manage a powerful motorcycle. So I'm encouraging her to arrange a look at the Spyder.

Of course, I WILL volunteer to do the test ride for her.

:)

It is my Half-a-Busa.... i have had it up to 110 and i still had some to go. It handles great uip in the twisties..

The wife and i took a trip on it a few weeks ago and was more comfy then the FJR. And we kept up with the other 2 FJRs the whole trip....
