Had to run into work today in Indianapolis - I live about 10 miles north. Temps are around zero so I geared up and blasted in. All I saw was two bars on the temp gauge - Temp issues on this bike?? Not this time of year!!
I 'might' see 3 bars at a stoplight after my 80mph run into work when it's 5 degrees outside but you are right, two bars almost at all times.Had to run into work today in Indianapolis - I live about 10 miles north. WOW! You are a harty dude. Are you using a complete set of heated gear to do that? Or does your work allow you an hour to defrost?I 'might' see 3 bars at a stoplight after my 80mph run into work when it's 5 degrees outside but you are right, two bars almost at all times.Had to run into work today in Indianapolis - I live about 10 miles north. I sometimes sit there ata light hoping the fan will kick in and give me some of that built in heat.
I will have to ride to work this week b/c my car is in the shop and it is supposed to be -1 tonight...woo hoo!
Fixed that statement a little. :cold: I generally take the cage when it drops below freezing to avoid any chance of hitting ice, but even without ice on the road 10 miles in that temperature and I'd need a nap under a heavy warm blanket to recover. In fact I'm working from home today and I'm going to get another cup of hot coffee now...WOW! You are INSANE. Are you using a complete set of heated gear to do that? Or does your work allow you an hour to defrost?
Now that's just wrong...I am forced to keep my G35 coupe outside...
