I would think the guys that have been talking about aftermarket heavy duty rear shock would be in a Whole lot more trouble! What in the world has come over all you riders out there discussing your wife's weight on a public forum. I see trouble brewing in them there hills :haha:
:assasin:I have a ST1100. No way I'm getting rid of it until I give this 06' FJR a heck of a workout, assuming it ever gets here.
I have an 05 FJR with 40k miles and a 91 ST1100 that I bought a year ago(my first Honda). I like the ST high speed gearing much better than the FJR as it is higher. Perhaps the 06 FJR higher overall gearing will bring it closer to the ST.
To me, the overall differences between the ST and FJR is that the FJR does everything factor related to riding just plain quicker.
good luck on your FJR, but if possible keep the ST.
Awe shucks! You're welcome!Oval & TWN:
