One day I was tooling along in the Camry and one of these idiots blasted by my window at WO Throttle. It scared the snot out of me. I ducked my head (reflex I guess) and pulled most ofl the muscles in my neck. I'm not as young as I used to be, and though I exercise often, sudden movements have consequences. My neck was a mess for days.

That's exactly why whenever I pass a car, I pull the clutch in when I reach the rear bumper of the car. I WILL NOT pass a car at wide open throttle, even with a stock exhaust. Now I've got a set of Staintunes comin' in the mail (thanks SkooterG). We all need to be respectful of others on the road... always.

Just an update.... :angry2:

Saanich Police have now seized the R1 thanks to tips phoned into the police. The mother is the registered owner, but police believe her 'jerk of a son' was driving. His record for driving violations is horrendous , but without further evidence, all charges have beeen laid against the mother as the "registered owner".

I see...they're twisting her nipples until she screams out her son's name. Good tactic.

Mark they ought to teach the Habs and Leafs that little trick, maybe they could crawl out of the NHL cellar!
