Just because I'm paranoid, it doesn't mean they aren't out to get me.
Let's not forget that a lot of these agencies monitor more than just your movement through toll gates. Out here in California the Fastrack watches your every move along the freeway system including your speed. Just because Big Brother makes it easy, doesn't mean he isn't watching.

Glad to see so many of us have turned over our freedom once again.

Here in Chicagoland, they also install sensors on other roads, major retail centers, etc. The company who owns the toll system, then markets that travel data to other companies. (Hence, one of the reasons they always tell you to have your I-Pass... so they can get more info from you, around town.)

The I-Pass isn't necessary any more, since they've finally updated and "fixed' the system to debit your account from a license photo... but they will still pressure you to have your I-Pass. (Valuable marketing and travel data to market.)

Do you have some evidence of that? A link or something?

That seems speculative to me.

...I've had poor luck inside the glove box. On top with Velcro usually works, but I've since used Dual Loc (super Velcro) and the inside of my windshield.
Glovebox didn't work too well for me either (it also takes up about half the space in there).

But the inside, top of the left bag has been 100% for me.
