The legendary Utah 1088 "Rock" was spotted last night in Elko NV

It was taken into custody by the fuzz and rumor is that it was used for kegel excercise

I'm glad RJ didn't have the camera handy when the bar-tendress started handing out the rubber gloves -- that got ugly. On a side note, don't ever EVER go out with RJ for a rural drive in Nevada when he has a pocket full of cash. EVER. I'm serial, dude. Anyone know a good therapist within a 250 mile radius?

Not only a typical day in Nevada, but a typical day for the Utah1088 Rock.

If you don't know the history/folklore of the Utah1088 Rock, -well then you probably should just turn and walk away right now.

For the vast majority of you that do know the history ........

Well, you're aware that yours truly holds the record of holding this rock. --> 3 Consecutive MERA events and aprox 13,000miles of competitive MERA miles, not to mention another 30,000-ish miles in other rallies and recreational riding. And, that's not counting the other planets.

Yes, this rock's current owner has exposed it to some wonderful things and the most fun has been here on planet earth.

At the MERA events over the last years, no one has been able to compete at my level when it comes to the rock. -->Few folks have the stones that it takes to earn it.

....But, there has been some pretty foolish events unfold lately --and make no mistake, this year's Utah1088 will have a level of competition not seen in previous years.

So, it's time to start training for the Utah 1088 with a seriousness beyond that of years past.

As you've already witnessed in this thread, The rock took Brad and I on a little excursion yesterday .....and below you'll see a tame snapshot of a typical day for the Utah1088 rock while under the ownership of RenoJohn.
