Will be off this morning for a four day trip using the DL650 Wee Strom. Will head to Sonora to meet up with a regional group for tonight. Maybe see skyway this afternoon/evening hopefully to discuss Wee farkles. Then off tomorrow morning with a 450 miles ride to Reno via back roads.
It will seem kind of wierd after the many WFO's to meet in a new group of people with different motorcycles. And meeting in Boomtown and the Reno area after WFO 5 won't be new but should be fun.
There will also be some FJR riders there that have gone over to the V side. I have already been volunteered by renojohn to give a helping hand.
This bike is a loads fun ride and very road capable. It is a great compliment to the FJR. With the Givi swapping between bikes and the absence of a fuel cell, I can use a Goldwing seat bag and actually with smaller Givi sidecases have a larger carrying capacity than the FJR.
Will give a ride report upon return.
