A little bit of the Cherohala Skyway on Friday at EOM. Ray (RaYzerman19), Gary (Winewhisperer) and I took off from the Bakery in Telico Plains and headed east.

we rode it on the way out from Maggie Valley on Sunday morning. Nice cool weather with low hanging clouds made for some great scenery.

that decreasing radius at 9:40 is an *** pincher if you are really hauling and don't know about it...

a lot of bikers have died right there...

my favorite stretch is across the top, around 8:30... can get some serious speed there.

i have plenty of knee puck embedded up there...

love the video....

hate it missed it, you guys know how to do it!

Can anyone tell me the location of that decreasing radius turn so that am aware of where it is on the Skyway.

Is that the same turn that has a warning painted on the road?

I loved the Cherohala this spring. Thanks for the memories. That area has some amazing turns that have decent visibility and an even radius. Maybe next year I'll make EOM. Not too many of the CA roads were better than this stuff!
